Easter eggs and figures, such as those shown in the photograph, are made in various sizes, in dark and milk chocolate.
 
At Christmas all manner of seasonal goods are on sale. These include traditional rich fruit cakes and puddings, a variety of cakes based on plain or chocolate sponge, and Continental products such as Stollen and spice biscuits. Chocolate tree ornaments and other novelties are also available.
 
Cakes are made to individual customer's requirements. They can have a rich fruit, sponge or chocolate base. The shape of the cake can be square, round or the appropriate number.
 
Designers and suppliers of traditional wedding cakes Our traditional wedding cakes combine superb flavour with distinctive beauty of design. The cakes have almond almond paste sugar icing and are normally supplied with pillars between the tiers. Nowadays chocolate or plain cakes can be supplied as an alternative.

These are normally decorated with fresh flowers by the customer. Top ornaments are not supplied, since many customers prefer to adorn the cakes with flowers matching the brides bouquet.

Specific designs can be undertaken, at extra charge, if photographs or designs are supplied.
